Android/iPhone

Android:
My phone is asking me about a strange Credential Storage password store. What is that?
Credential Storage is used to store all your Wi-Fi network passwords. If you do not know your Credential Storage password, you can reset it by entering a wrong password until it resets and then set a new password. Be aware that this will erase all stored Wi-Fi passwords!

My User ID and password are correct, but it still does not work.
It sometimes takes a few minutes for new settings to work on some Android phones. Please wait about five minutes and see if that helps.

iPhone:
How do I reset my Wi-Fi settings? I cannot change my new password.
You can reset the settings for a specific Wi-Fi network by going to ‘Settings’ and then ‘Wi-Fi’. Press the blue ring with a little ‘i’ to the right of a network name and then press ‘Forget this Network’.
